If you are considering the purchase of a new-build home or a property that is only a few years old, a RICS Condition Report (Level 1) may be the appropriate choice of survey for your needs. As a Level 3 survey, it has enough detail to cover the unique features and requirements of a period character home.

Our RICS HomeBuyer Report (Level 2) includes a free valuation as standard, unlike many other companies who will charge extra. For other reports, valuations can be requested at an additional cost.
