Maintenance checks are regularly undertaken and our written reports are supplied to landlords.

• Rent, collection usually by Standing Order per calendar month

To Secure Tenancy we require the following:
• A character reference
• An employer reference
• Possible garuantor (Not in each case)
• Standing order for payments of rent
• Credit check will be carried out and descression will be applied where necessary depending on the landlords' requirements.
