We have been providing an effective architectural design consultancy service for over 31 years having successfully dealt with more than 2000 projects in that time.

With our knowledge and experience and the use of up to date computer aided design packages, we are able to offer our clients an accurate and efficient service, which usually includes making application for local authority for building regulation consent.

As project managers we can effectively control any proposed scheme from inception through design, approvals, works on site to completion, keeping to time programmes and cost, and resolving problems as they arise. We can provide this service independently of other services.

Schemes of new build and alteration frequently involve new structural elements, which need to be designed by calculation to establish design criteria.

We are therefore able to offer an elemental combination or comprehensive package of services to meet clients' requirements, underpinned by the other professional building services we provide.

Included amongst our clients are homeowners, residential developers, local authorities, financial institutions and national retail/commercial businesses.
