We ensure that all our properties are as advertised, our responsibilities, which include direct legislation, we take extremely seriously. Every property currently on our data base has undergone a full and extensive safety survey, including electrical and gas safety checks.
Maintenance checks are regularly undertaken and our written reports are supplied to landlords.
