We have been providing an effective architectural design consultancy service for over 28 years having successfully dealt with more than 2000 projects in that time. In many of these schemes we have also provided design calculations for structural elements and the project management of resultant building works to completion.

With our knowledge and experience of acceptable scale, form and materials and the use of up to date computer aided design packages, we are able to offer our clients an accurate and efficient service, which usually includes making application for local authority and statutory consents.

As project managers we can effectively control any proposed scheme from inception through design, approvals, works on site to completion, keeping to time programmes and cost, and resolving problems as they arise. We can provide this service independently of other services.

Schemes of new build and alteration frequently involve new structural elements, which need to be designed by calculation to establish design criteria. We frequently undertake such work for schemes we have designed and others.

We are therefore able to offer an elemental combination or comprehensive package of services to meet clients' requirements, underpinned by the other professional building services we provide.

Included amongst our clients are homeowners, residential developers, local authorities, financial institutions and national retail/commercial businesses.

We have been acting as design and project management consultants to a major retailer in the opening of 30 retail stores Nationwide. In our residential sector small extensions to select new housing developments are part of our routine workload.
